gyoza

via my sister-in-law

½ lb. ground turkey
½ lb. mild sausage
¾ zucchini, grated
2 green onions
3 carrots, grated

2 teaspoons grated ginger
wonton wrappers
vegetable oil

sauce:
3 T soy sauce
2 T water
1 T rice vinegar

Mix all ingredients together. Place a little less than a tablespoon in each wonton wrapper and seal (like this). Add 1 T vegetable oil to a skillet over high heat until hot. Fill with gyoza (keep the folded ends up and make sure they're not touching). Let brown for a minute or two and then add 1/2 cup of water and quickly cover with lid. Let steam until water is gone, about 7 minutes. It'll take multiple batches to cook them all. Mix the sauce ingredients together. Eat with chop sticks and be sure to get lots of the sauce when you dip them.
