barbecue chicken quinoa salad

1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
3/4 cup corn
3/4 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can chicken
3-5 tablespoons barbecue sauce1 avocado, cubed
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese
2 scallions, choppedcilantro for garnish

Stir the barbecue sauce into the chicken. In a large bowl, toss together the quinoa, corn, black beans, and chicken. Top with avocado, cheese, and cilantro and eat immediately. Or refrigerate until you're ready to eat and then top with last three ingredients.
